Will Seabrook has spent fifteen years working east coast Tasmania — Coal River Valley, the Freycinet peninsula, properties where the soil, the wind direction, and the view are the brief as much as anything the client says. He reads a site the way a builder reads structure: what's already working, what's fighting the land, what would resolve if you stopped forcing it. Saltgrass takes on eight to twelve residential projects a year. Each one starts in the same place.

The landscaping is the part you eventually stop noticing.
